Donalda & The Entitled Abusive Narcissist | Domestic Violence, Narcissistic Abuse

In this episode of Narcissist Apocalypse, Donalda shares her story of abuse at the hands of her entitled husband. What started with red flags, such as telling Donalda to stop talking to her online friend and Donalda doing the lion's share of the housework, slowly morphed into picking fights, arguing, and full-on rages. As things escalated, Donalda was then accused of cheating, as her husband denied paternity of their child. To help work through these abuses, Donalda and her husband went to couples counseling, only for it to backfire and empower her abusive husband even more.
It's a story of entitlement, rage, weaponizing therapy, animal abuse, physical abuse, sexual coercion, child sexual abuse, gender roles, religious beliefs, post separation abuse, intimidation, threats, accusations, and the loss of identity.

Unmasking the Love Bombing & Abuse of "Pretty Woman" | Narcissistic Abuse

Unmasking the Love Bombing & Abuse of "Pretty Woman" | Narcissistic Abuse

In this episode of Narcissist Apocalypse Q&A, Brandon re-examines the iconic film "Pretty Woman" through a critical lens, unearthing the darker undertones of love bombing and abuse hidden within this beloved romantic narrative. Listen in as we peel back the charming veneer of Richard Gere's character, Edward, to reveal early signs of manipulative behavior, possessive/patronizing tendencies, and a troubling disregard for his partner's autonomy. We're not just scrutinizing a movie; we're having an open conversation about the implications of such behaviors on a larger scale. As we navigate the twists and turns of their evolving relationship, we confront the uncomfortable realities that many romantic narratives choose to gloss over. With insightful discussions and critical perspectives, we offer an alternative view of a film that has shaped cultural expectations of love and relationships for decades.

Bronze Glow ,

Cam the J.w abuse survivor

This show here really resonate with me. Kaam survived social alienation with a J.W and realize his self-worth was more important than making others happy.

ItsStatistics ,

July is a Moron

This is a great podcast for people who are dating as to which red flags to look out for. But the August 22 episode is so embarrassing for this girl named July. She didn’t want to appear racist because she focused on “white privilege” and was dating a black guy who verbally abused her, beat her, amongst other things. What an unbelievable moron July is. She should rethink her whole life and ideologies.

TemptingTheMuseSheTanglesOn ,

An Essential for Communal Healng

Thank you Brandon for this gift and making an intentional place for survivor stories that does nothing short of facilitate an intervention towards self growth, discovery, and liberation for the next chapter of your life.
