Well, that just happened to me last week and it’s a terrible feeling. Which is why I am SO GLAD I found this podcast. As a 46 year old fit athlete who eats mostly healthy, whole foods, something ain’t right with the bloat I’m experiencing. I’ve learned a lot of mind-blowing easy tips from Tasha.
