Navigating Family Dynamics: Understanding your Primal Family

This Life or Something Better

We were all souls prior to coming into the human experience. As we came into being human, we had to rely on others to help us navigate our life. This process goes on well into our teens and it creates who we are as a human. Sometimes this primal family we were born into works out, and other times it doesn't. Either way, the primal family is the place where we set a foundation of learning for ourselves. Our beliefs are formed. Our behaviors are formed. Our navigation of relationships is formed. It may not always be fun, but it is a process.

On this episode, we'll explore the role of our primal family and how we can best navigate the learning we received. Priscilla explore Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and applies it to growing up within our primal family. We'll finish off the episode with a challenge that may help you to see your family in a different light.
