I would almost say that its a different kind of podcast. Customer Service is often on the back end when thinking about business yet it should be the first thing to think about and to consider. Yanique's podcast inspires her listeners to think of our customers first. Her interviews cover a variety of topics related to costumer service which gives some great and inspiring insight. I highly recommend listening in.
