They also report on the biggest, fattest, juiciest news in current geek culture. When fans send in questions to the NWGLS Mailbag, The Nerds love to take that opportunity to make fun of them, and sometimes enlighten them with their knowledge of all things nerdy. They'll also give you a big ole NerdOn when they tell you what they've been up to from week to week. You can look forward to this irreverent romp through all your favorite nerd topics each Monday.

My favorite bumper is ray with the news
A fun listen and very informative
This is a great podcast and I highly recommend giving it a listen. In my opinion, the radio shows and podcasts that I like and that I think do well are ones that combine an interesting topic with some humor and camaraderie among the hosts. From listening, you can tell that these five gentlemen have been long-term friends, know each other well, and are not afraid to make fun of each other which the listeners get to enjoy. They are funny and entertaining.
On top of that, they really know their nerd stuff, and every week they talk about the nerdy stuff they did for that week so they are living the life they represent. For the hard-core nerd, this podcast would be like the Grail, but even for partial nerd like myself it's a great listen. I have now listened to a lot of back episodes, and have learned about a lot of good things, specifically TV shows and movies that I would like. The podcast is the reason I watched Westworld, Kong island, and the handmaidens tale all of which I really enjoyed and likely would never have watched without their recommendations.
One of the reasons the podcast passes the test is that even listening to back episodes with older content it's still enjoyable. Give a few episodes a listen, and you won't regret it. Like me, you will likely begin listening regularly.
