When I'm in built up areas, you know whether it be London, l LA, Vegas, Mumbai, I am probably applying more biohacks than when I'm home. Because when I'm home, I live like on the outskirts of this of the city of Boise in Idaho. I've got a lot of greenery here. I don't have as high EMF levels. I have beautiful weather outside, so I'm exposed to vitamin D. I can take my shoes and socks off. I can ground myself, blah, blah, blah. However, when I'm traveling, a lot of the time I'm staying in hotels where there's a lot of Wi-Fi. There's a lot of EMF. I take my EMF reader with me. So now I'm going to ground myself a lot more. I'm going to wear earthing trainers, that are grounding me the entire time. I'll take my mat with me, possibly, um but you know i'm not always. ah There's going to be a lot more artificial light because I'm generally going to be traveling and working indoors. So then I am wearing a blue light blocking glasses, particularly ah an hour before bed. That's a non-negotiable anyway. And yeah it the biggest, the hardest thing I'd say when traveling is ensuring that the food that you're getting is cooked in the right oils. So if you are, let's say if you're eating out at a nice fancy restaurant, ask them what are they cooking the food in? A lot of the time it'll be soybean oil, canola oil, vegetable oil, whatever it may be. It's going to be a highly inflammatory rancid oil...

By then tackling the items and the thoughts, she could start to grow as a person and become happier in herself.Sadly we live in a society where we think that our value is held in items, and what we own, and not in the value of who we are as a person. No item can can give you love, you need to learn yourself, not buy more.A change in your habitat can really help you change your thinking and feeling. Anyone can become organised and deal with their mess, you just need to find a strategy that works for you. Meditation as a habit, allows you to understand and let your thoughts come and go, without needing to react to them, reducing stress anxiety and recurring thoughts. Headspace is a great app to try.Book mentioned: 'The Surrender Experiment' by Michael SingerLetting go, both physically and cognitively, can finally let you become centered and in the moment.  We tend to feel stress and embaressment about our homes and any mess within. However, the joy of Amber's podcast and FB group are that, you realise that you are not alone, we all struggle to various levels. The podcast and group, helps highlight what people struggle with, suggests tried and tested methods,

#207 Dr Robert Glover on why being nice doesn’t get you ahead in life!

TODAY's GUEST IS Dr Robert A. Glover! Today’s guest is Dr Robert A. Glover! Dr. Robert Glover is a relationship expert with over 40 years of professional experience. He is author of four books, including the groundbreaking, No More Mr. Nice Guy and is the founder of Integration Nation, an international community for men.In this interview, we break down why being nice isn't the goal we should aim for, and how to be true to yourself and live life as the real you! If you are liking the show, please remember to subscribe on your podcast platform and follow on social media. Listen Here Watch Here https://youtu.be/7k787tEWr7o KEY POINTS, Links & Actions Here are some key points that I would advise you to concentrate on:You don't need to do it all - a Next Level Guy finds a coach to help them level up in the areas they need help with! Dr Glover is a key man to help you get the dates and life you want! There is a big difference between being yourself and a nice guy! Hiding yourself and playing a character is one of the worst things you can do!Too many men hide who they are and what they truly want in life. There are many reasons why nice guys do not finish first - because being a nice guy isn't being yourself, it's playing a character you think others want you to be and hide the bad parts of yourself and what you want and need. People pick up on this and that you aren't being true to the real you! You partner wants and deserve the real you, not the person you think everyone else wants you to be. Be yourself and your tribe and a person who loves you for you, will find you. A nice guy tends to use covert contracts, where they give to get, not from the kindness of their heart, but simply to get something in return. A nice guy tends to underachieve, to avoid being in the spot-light, to avoid criticism and rather find people below them, that they can fix and avoid working on themselves. Our relationships with our fathers dictates the type of man that we will be.Men are told to be dominant, powerful and to do it all on our own, not to ask for help or be vulnerable and it's terrible advice! Take that risk and being vulnerable, and people will accept the real you. By being the real you, you can act as you are, and stop following the time wasting and self-destructive habits you use to hide the real you. Bottled up emotions and feelings is one of the main culprits that cause men to self-destruct themselves and act out.   Being curious, and challenging our behaviors we want to stop, is a great method to find the real reason behind them, and what you need to do to stop running and start dealing with them. Men spending time with men, and discussing the real them, their real worries, their real struggles and seeing how we all share the same issue, is a secret sauce fix to what is holding us back. Find the tribe you can be you with, stop pushing in content, start creating. Stop consuming, start creating, start taking action, and watch your life change instantly!  There are many men improvement clubs out there, if one doesn't work for you, try another, there will be many that fit you, your needs and wants. Shame loses it's power by sharing it with safe people, and listening to them sharing their shame.

You can find your calling anywhere, even at your lowest ebb! Movement and deep-breathing helped Michelle to clean out her mental mess, and it become more grounded to her life and her mission - try Headspace's awesome guided meditation videos for an easy entry to meditation. A relationship should help enhance your life, not define it or save it. Take time to go outside and be engaged with nature, as it helps you become grounded and connected to the world again. Rules, behaviors, expectations, beliefs and so on from others can shape our actions. However, we need to step back and look to discover the real version of ourselves as we can be on a different alignment or path than we thought, and its by stepping away from the norm and chasing your real dreams and beliefs, that you truly live for yourself and not others. "So that's how I dealt with it. It's like, I couldn't think myself free. I had to really go deep into my subconscious and breathe it out, feel it out, cry it out, scream it out. and then receive the wisdom, which took me full circle. It was like, um what do they call it? Like radical forgiveness, like understanding it from all angles and to to a point where there's like, oh, there's nothing to forgive. I see if other people are involved, I see the innocence ah and they're part of it. And if it was just me, I see full circle. Like if I'm stuck in the, like what I did wrong, I got to see how it wasn't my fault at all."Feel the fear and do it anyway. You grow when you face your fears. Fear will always be there. So the best advice I have heard, is to give your fear a name. When you name a fear, it loses its edge, it becomes something you know, not something you can fear. You can say things like 'not just now Eugene, I am about to do X, watch me' and by removing the power of the fear, you grow and embolden yourself. Fear is just trying to keep you safe. Feel it, understand it, see if the message it has is something you need to do to keep yourself safe, or adapt your plan to be as safe as possible and go for it. Fear wants to help you live and not die, it doesn't mean to hold us back, but we have learnt to treat fear as the enemy, not a friend here to help. So name him and work with him for your success.

You don't need to have all the latest gadgets and expensive kits, you just need the basics, either borrowed or bought, and a hit of passion, and you never know where your hobby will take you with a passion. Matt has had his struggles, and is finding solutions that work for him and his mental health. He talks to local schools etc, to showcase the red flags and issues he struggled with, the wrong turns he took and how he managed to find his way back on the correct path. I would ask that if you have been through something similar, it can help younger kids to hear, so they see the pitfalls, hear solutions, and know it is OK to feel your emotions, talk about problems and know others have been there and you can ask for advice and not alone. Suicide or suicidal thoughts can happen to anyone. Anyone can find their breaking point coming quickly. Sometimes we don't notice our red flags until it all piles on us. I would rather listen to your problems than go to your funeral. Feel free to email me if you have no one else to talk to. You are never alone.  Time in nature, time outside in a green space, can let you be in the moment, breathe in fresh air, connect with the world and nature, reset your brain, calm down and be ready to take the world on again! #WorldMentalHealthDay Picture on the left, me,
