Carolina Panthers Free Agency Moves + ACC Tournament: UNC vs Duke

Paul Ihander and Alex Gibson discuss Carolina Panthers free agency moves and speak with Tim Donnelly about Duke vs Carolina tonight and the ACC Tournament. The Panthers essentially traded Miles Sanders for Rico Dowdle. While the Cowboys and Panthers did not literally make that trade, it is true that Rico Dowdle was a Dallas Cowboy and Miles Sanders was a Carolina Panther just last season and now they swap teams. Also, Panthers tight end Tommy Tremble signed as new contract with the Panthers for 2 years worth $10.5M, including $4M signing bonus, $8M guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $5.25M. Is the Tommy Tremble contract a bad contract? Tim Donnelly is the host of The Drive with Tim Donnelly which airs from 3-6pm on 99.9 The Fan. Donnelly joins Next Up with Paul Ihander to discuss tonight’s matchup between Duke and UNC as well as the ACC Tournament. The Duke Blue Devils defeated the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets yesterday in Duke’s 1st game of the 2025 ACC Tournament. Duke won the game without the services of Cooper Flagg and Maliq Brown as both players got hurt during the game and neither player returned. Flagg suffered a left ankle injury during the game and the injury is likely to keep him out of tonight’s game against UNC. With Flagg's injury, Kon Knueppel had to step out and score a career-high 28 points yesterday. Duke and the North Carolina Tar Heels will matchup tonight at 7pm in the semifinal round of the ACC Men's Basketball Tournament. Who will win? Is Kon Kneuppel overlooked and underrated?
