Nightmare Alley: Found Footage Free-For-All with The Directors of V/H/S/94

Nightmare Alley: Found Footage Free-For-All with The Directors of V/H/S/94

Love it or hate it, there is no subgenre of horror quite like found footage, and we are here today to talk in great detail about all freaky, first-person frights of V/H/S/94. Join your hosts Jon & Kim as they sit down with directors Jennifer Reeder (Knives and Skin), Chloe Okuno (Slut), Simon Barrett (Seance), and Ryan Prows (Lowlife) to discuss their individual segments in this year's found-footage-iest horror-anthology. It's a fun-filled chat about the crunchy, distorted aesthetic of shot-on-video horror, the challenges of crafting a "shakey-cam" short film, and (of course) why no one should go into the sewers to investigate claims of a giant human-eating rat monster. Nightmare Alley: Talking All Things Horror with The Manor Writer/Director Axelle Carolyn

Getting old sucks, but fingers crossed your retirement won't look like a Haunt at Halloween Horror Nights! Join your hosts Jon & Kim as they sit down with Axelle Carolyn, writer/director of Welcome To The Blumhouse's The Manor to chat about the deliciously gothic surrounding of her newest film, and about the spooky supernatural creature stomping around an assisted living facility looking for new souls to devour. “WAZZZZZZAUP”

This is honestly the best “scary movie” related podcast I’ve heard.

From awesome to ...meh

Used to be one of my favorite horror movie podcasts out there. Their older episodes are still a gem but honestly them switching to just 30 min episodes and posting nothing but rebroadcasts lately it’s been highly disappointing seeing this pod go downhill. Definitely will still have a place in my top but the lack of new content is a big letdown especially with all these other phenomenal horror pods around nowadays. It’s just.. meh :/

Great Woke Horror Podcast

I have listened to a lot of horror podcasts and too many and too often do i come across podcasts that are misogynistic and only follow the most tried and true horror out there. This podcast is different though, it brings in the perspective of both men and women as well as sharing movies I haven’t seen before and a comparison that is unique to podcasting. Highly recommend!
