TOPIC ---> When was the last time you looked in the mirror and gave YOURSELF a genuine compliment? What do you like about yourself? What don’t you like about yourself? WHY? --- did you know you can change anything you don’t like about yourself just by shifting the frequency of your thoughts. HOMEWORK ---> *give yourself at least 3 compliments a day, YOU CAN DO IT! *make a pro/con list about YOU; start realizing things you'd like to change about yourself - & remember, changes are made for YOU not them. *surround yourself with people whom are where you'd like to see yourself or whom make you want to become a better person NOT that make you feel "better than they" *journal about you day prior to bed (or even right after something shifts your attitude)- what could you have done differently *reading, exercising, yoga and/or meditation are your friends NEED MORE DAILY INSPIRATION?
