This could be me!

I relate to every single thing Kara talks about on this podcast! I always felt so alone when it came to my relationship with food. For the first time since I was 8 years old, I can look at myself with compassion and contentment and see me how God sees me! I’m not perfect at it, but just being aware of these things and the fact that I CAN have a healthy food relationship is so unbelievably freeing!
