I love to hear this information while driving to work. It helps me keep track several videos at once. I read the books, I saw many videos and presentations and I never get tired of taking care of myself and others around me. Thanks for a great job.
Misquoted studies

I tried to get past some of the studies that were misquoted and even how biased some of the information is but calling people anti-vaxxers that may question the big pharma push did me in. Ever think some “anti-vaxxers” are that way because their kids died? He also conveniently ignores discussing studies that prove animal based foods have some nutritional values. Won’t even bring them up to argue why they might be incorrect just quotes “studies” that support whatever agenda he’s shilling. Also talks endlessly about Blue Zones that were proven to be inaccurate.

He's got great delivery-- funny intonations and wonderful speaking vocals. I wish I had started listening to him in 2019. Life-long vegan here and I've learned a lot from Michael Greger.
