Sharon started her business in 1998 when her firstborn son inspired her to launch the company from her bedroom floor with a FAX machine, a phone book, and a stack of index cards. Over the course of 20 years, she organically grew her firm to a twice-named Inc 5000 firm that has helped over 5000 people pivot to the work they love. The company has brought in over 40 million dollars to date and continues to be a white glove source in the recruiting world.

Over the last three years, she went through her own personal pivot by restructuring her business to create more flexibility for her and her team, starting a recruiter coaching business, becoming a real estate investor, finding love, and launching a podcast appropriately called "How to Pivot."
