Hades 2 (2024)
This maybe isn't a fair game to call a 2024 release since it's just entering Early Access, but we'll call this the state of Hades 2 in May of 2024. Hades spent multiple years in an Early Access that resulted in one of the favorite games of 2020, so it's safe to assume the team behind it can be trusted with this kind of task. But what does it mean to follow up Hades?

Streets of Rage 3 (1994)
We got Hunter, Matt, and EJ together for this beatdown on a Sega Genesis Classic, STREETS OF RAGE 3. We rehash some debates on whether this genre is even good and talk at length about how we feel about SoR's place in the beat-em-up canon. We got some good music in this one even! Doing the impossible
More like Imps, possible. As in, two impish lil guys showing us what’s possible when you play a ton of games with your childhood friends. Lots! Also, sometimes, Tim Schaffer stops by to bless us all, every one. Who saw that coming? Much like hide and seek at John Cena’s house, you will be caught off guard by the warmth, gentility, and unbelievable physiques at play here. 8/10 would hide again.
Good podcast but insulted one of my favorite games
The podcast is decent BUT HALO 3 IS ONE OF THE BEST GAMES TO EXIST anyway I have played Halo 3 and finished it more times than I can count on my fingers and toes together Halo 3 was definitely one of the best games that Microsoft (helped) make/made. Anyway it’s a good podcast overall.
