Ologies with Alie Ward

I love this podcast so much! I have issues with taking care of my laundry (had a cycle of clean unfolded laundry in a basket for months). This podcast is the carrot that I use to get myself to do it! I’m only allowed to listen if I’m folding and putting away my clothes or doing some other boring task I keep put off. Thanks for making such an interesting and accessible science podcast. I always listen to the credits and love the little bonuses!

I had the great fortune of meeting Alie Ward at a restaurant in my neighborhood. My baby dropped her sipee cup and Alie picked it up and said “good job throwing your cup.” I told Alie I was an ologite and asked if she’s consider doing an episode on ducks. She’s a brilliant thinker and a kind person. This podcast is the best of the best. Thank you, Alie, for your attention to detail and lighthearted approach to topics big and small.

There is nothing not to love and cherish about this podcast and Alie Ward. Thoughtful, funny, brave and humble explorations of so many fascinating topics. What a gift to have this entertaining, insightful and relatable host with the most open the door to learning about topics as (seemingly) pedestrian as pigeons and extraordinary as dark matter and relevant as genocide. Cannot praise this pod enough. Thank you Alie and team for providing so many hours of good company, fascinating facts and entertainment.
