IWD 23: Interview with Elizabeth Furth, Head Roaster at Chimney Fire Coffee

Elizabeth Furth has been a Roaster for around 12 years and is the Head Roaster at Chimney Fire Coffee. A passionate coffee blogger and roaster, Elizabeth's coffee journey started in 2011 when her brother set up a speciality coffee roasting business in Vienna. In an industry where women only make up 24.2%, Chimney Fire Coffee has a 50/50 split between male and female employees in top roles at the company and has 100% female roasters. The power of dance with Kosta Karakashyan

Award-winning Bulgarian choreographer Kosta Karakashyan talks about the power of dance as a tool for social awareness, his dream collaboration, and how he mastered his artform. Kosta Karakashyan is a Bulgarian-born choreographer who started his dance career as a child being forced to do ballroom dancing. Since then, Kosta let go of the family tradition of being a doctor and ventured out to become an award-winning sensation who has worked with big names and even bigger brands. Throughout his career, Kosta has harnessed the power of dance to champion and advocate for LGBTQIA+ rights through dance and film.
