Eye opener for men and women

I have followed Sarey’s Instagram for over a year now and I could not be more please with her step into the world of podcasts. This short, but very well curated season of podcasts address many of the topics she challenges her followers to consider on a daily basis, but from new, scientific and even opposing views. It’s a fantastic listen for anyone who is a women or wants to help women.

Fun & informational

This podcast is entertaining and something we all can relate to, but also includes some interesting info like dating app data and social media bias. Love when the guests share their dating disasters. Easy listening!

Absolutely Perfect

I struggle with Podcasts because my parents were staunchly conservative types who forced me to listen to Rush Limbaugh in the car while I was held captive as a child. I have slowly moved out of the “talk radio is evil” head space by listening to Audio books while I work my 9-5, however podcasts typically bring on the conservative talk radio PTSD. This is the first podcast I binged all the way through in one day. It’s smart, well thought out, and timely. The guests and content is respectful, enlightening, and intelligent. I hope a second season is made!
