Settle in for a conversation with Pike alums and the great work they’re doing in the world.  We start with two secondary school alums who are building a non-for-profit organization to help with COVID vaccination in Armenia.  The we sit down with Margot Lindauer ’95, who discusses how she’s helping her law students bring relief to victims of domestic violence.

In Episode 2, we catch up with two Pike faculty who are sharing their time and expertise widely in the world of education. P.E. teacher Colleen Shannon discusses her work leading adventure educators to help students be resilient and caring. Jenny Kravitz, Director of Equity and Justice, digs into the ways her notions of community shape her work here at Pike and within the independent school community – and how it all relates to Pike's motto non sibi solum, not for oneself alone.

Our first episode of Season 2 explores how students learn about and live Pike’s motto: non sibi solum - not for oneself alone. We hear from two students about how they are impacting their communities through service. We're also joined by a teacher who shares how younger students learn the responsibilities of community and how they can make their world better.

We'll talk with Stacey Aufiero, Director of Pike's Daily Risk Mitigation Team, and Tim Stonecipher, the school's Psychologist, about how they are keeping Pike safe in very unsafe times.
