Each episode is loaded with gems, instant aha moments, meaningful takeaways. I don’t have ADHD but many of my clients do, so even as a pro, I still learn so much. I recommend this podcast to everyone! Love the lessons on organizing with kids as a minimalist mama whose child is…not 😆

I have been listening for a few months. I can’t figure where the dopamine hit list is, so I’ll keep looking. I purchased the book by Peter Shankman through your show & it’s so good. There isn’t a link or dopamine menu on your site. Your podcast is helping me so much regarding the clutter in my house. I moved 2 years ago & most of my stuff is still boxed up. This has helped me recognize what causes stress at work too.
