I’m a lawyer and deal with a lot of heavy cases at work so I love turning on this podcast and listening while i’m at the gym after work or in my car! Love the story episodes and when they talk about deeper stuff like religion and being moms. Sometimes being an influencer is hard to relate to so I appreciate their more relatable content.

I’ve been a huge fan of this podcast and Jaci + Chelsey for years but I am so disappointed and confused on what’s going on with the lack of effort/behind the scenes of this podcast recently. It seems like they have no desire to talk about anything but themselves in ways that is aimless, long winded, and getting less relatable. It is so hard to stay engaged past 10 minutes and it’s FAR from what the layout of their episodes used to be like. It’s gotten to the point where I don’t even look forward to the new episodes anymore because every episode is the exact same format despite what the title claims it’s about. Every episode is about 30-45ish minutes of them giving “life updates”, 10 mins of adds, and MAYBE 10ish mins of the so-called main topic that they skim past. I swear they’d quite tomorrow if they weren’t earning the amount of money they’re making from the adds just from their lack of effort. I’m SO sad because I have truly adored these gals for a long time and this is not what their podcast used to be. I miss when the podcast format was other way around: MAYBE a 20 min life update, 5 min adds, and 30ish minutes of the main topic where they put lots of effort and love into whatever that topic is. I don’t understand why they won’t listen to their listeners critiques… you know.. the people that got them their platform with their podcast in the first place. PLEASE do better girls. Your listeners are not happy and you’re losing them.

I adore the girls, but the podcast has been lacking so much effort as of recent. Chit chat is great… to some extent. When it’s overdone as much as it is, it gives off the vibe that they don’t feel inspired to plan and prepare. I’ll maybe stick around for the story episodes and hope the stories last more than 20 minutes. I want to continue following along, but the past few months have made it difficult for me to listen all the way through.
