    Exploring your comfort zone.

A comfort zone is like your guiding compass. If you’re not willing to define it, continually redefine it and confront it, how can you move to the next level of your journey or personal growth? Whatever it is that may be in your way or that you need to challenge, decide upon, that you need to combat, confront or achieve, what principles control your level of comfort, where is your comfort zone? What is your comfort zone? Will yours remain stagnant or will it evolve and grow with you, as you do?

This episode is an introduction, exploring the concept of your comfort zone.
