Have you struggled with romantic relationships? Maybe the partners you pick, the same challenges that show up, or even something you keep coming back to, though you know you shouldn’t? You’re not alone!
In this episode, we are talking about toxic relationship patterns that can arise from trauma & attachment issues in childhood. Taelor spills some of the (sometimes embarrassing) details of her own romantic history, including a 12-year “on the hook” type of unhealthy connection that was in & out of her life pretty much for her teen & adolescence. What changed? Attachment healing. You won’t want to miss this one!

Ep. 43: Exploring a Relationship with Complex Trauma & ADHD, w/ Taelor
In this episode, we are having a deep, nuanced conversation about the similarities & differences between complex trauma & ADHD. Because I don’t know if you’ve noticed… quiiiite a bit seems similar between these two! Researchers also have differing viewpoints on the interactions of these two experiences, so again… this is a conversation to get you thinking based on what we know & have seen. It’s not a definitive answer, yet it hopefully can spark some more reflection in your own life + talking to professionals to problem solve within your individualized treatment plan.
