This show has made me a better GM and player

I found this show after I asked what non-AP ttrpg podcasts I should listen to and after sorting through all the responses (and there were a lot), Panda’s Talking Games was absolutely the best one and I’m almost done burning through the backlog. Phil and Senda are fun and engaging, but they’re also really thoughtful and knowledgable GMs and players. The current format is fantastic, and their advice has let me have better, more fun sessions at the table. Thank you!
Fun and Informative

I picked up this show from the Gnomecast. Senda and Phil are a wonderful mix of practical role-playing iadvice and straight-up fun. They are really good at providing answers to topics provided by their listeners and so so in an easy to listen to and friendly way. That and some of the silliest humor the internet has to offer! After listening to them for a while, they are more than just podcasters, they seem like old friends.
Fun and Engaging

Just discovered this podcast and it’s great! The personalities are funny and engaging and the topics are interesting. They only thing that bothered me was that it feels like Phil, in his excitement, constantly talks over Senda, who seems a bit less gregarious than her cohost.
Charming Chit-Chat

A confession: I don’t enjoy funny podcasts. I mean podcasts that try hard to get you to laugh for them, that hit you with jokes and self-conscilusly yuck it up morning DJ-style. PTGs is a funny podcast that doesn’t do any of that. It’s bring in the room with 2 sharp, charming friends as they talk about gaming. There’s just enough structure to keep everything on the rails, and they very explicitly put the rambling non-gaming stuff at the end so you can skip it if you want to. I frequently do! It’s a charming, intimate, deeply sincere show and I never miss an episode. Highly, highly recommended.
