I’m scared of the dark too but there is nothing to be afraid of! Older siblings or older friends might tell you scary story’s for fun but , their just not true! so try this: 1. Find your favorite stuffed animal 🧸 and put to next to your bed or on your bed 2.before you turn the lights off look around your room 3. if there is things like toys in your bedroom that might frighten you try to rearrange stuff so your comfortable 4. REMEMBER DON’T BE AFRAID OF ASKING FOR HELP! If you need too ask you mom dad sister brother or guardian for tips and tricks! 5.if you get scared while the lights are off hug your stuffed animal (trust me it works I do it all the time)❤️✨👉I just wanna help!👈✨❤️ If this doesn’t work ask your parent or guardian for help!
