If you are a software developer, please listen to the episode anyway. I know you think you know what Agile is, but I want you to be able to help others understand it as well, and you’ll walk away from this episode with a better understanding of where agile DOESN’T work well. And if you are a project manager, same thing applies. You need to be able to explain to people when Agile is appropriate and when it is not.
