THE podcast for moms and those helping moms!
As a new mom myself, hearing Bethany’s journey throughout her pregnancies is eye opening and so empowering. It’s also very validating because as I ran throughout my pregnancy I had a lingering feeling in my head if it was the right thing but I listened to my body and it told me I was okay! As a physical therapist that treats runners and how is now passionate about helping new moms return to running.. her experience as a mother AND run coach is so relevant for me and I am learning so much… thank you for providing amazing stories and guest speakers in this easy to listen and informative podcast! - Adrienne (@themovementdoc_llc)
Such an encouragement!
I love this podcast and Bethany! Every episode is encouraging, uplifting, and makes me want to get out the door for a run. They are the perfect length and I always learn something new. Bethany’s solo episodes are great, and I also enjoy the episodes with Brittany and other interview guests. Thankful for this amazing resource!
Favorite running podcast!
This podcast is so engaging, fun, and incredibly informative. I myself am getting more into running, and listening to Bethany (and now Brittany!) has been so helpful in helping me understand how to train for my runs well, as well as having a Biblical view of health and fitness. 10/10 would recommend listening!!
