In this episode, Dr. Cradoc and I discuss what it's like being black dentists in America. We discuss our upbringings and how race played a role in our goals and aspirations. We took two different paths in dental school. Dr. Cradoc attended a historically black university, while I went to a dental school where I was truly a minority. We hope this episode encourages more diversity and inclusion in dental schools. Enjoy!
