Do you stand up for cultural-social injustice at the workplace or do you look the other way? Are you afraid to speak up for fear of losing your job?  Are you the person that speaks up for others at your workplace?  Is there a mis communication problem at your workplace causing workers to feel that their culture is not being respected and the supervisor just does not realize they are contributing to this problem? What about instructions being provided to a coworker in Spanish but you don't speak or understand Spanish? What if you were expected to be in a certain place and time to help the Spanish worker but it was never told to you in English so you can be where your supervisor needs you to be?   What about training being provided in English only but you don't understand the training because Spanish is your language and you are told to sign a paper that you understand what is expected of you.  There are cultural differences and the results can be a toxic, shocking and explosive in your workplace.  This is the first episode of this series. Part 2 is "Injustice in the Workplace" Have you been told that you will be promoted while performing the duties of the vacant position to later find out that they selected someone else for the job? This injustice happens to White and Non-White workers. Is school your workplace and you feel embarrassed for being Brown skin in a school that is mostly Non-Black and made to feel ashamed of the texture of your hair and the brown color of your skin? Are you overlooked for a job by a lighter brown skin person because you are a darker brown skin complexion? This is the 2nd episode of this series.  Tom, Tay, and Shay
