Where Are You REALLY From - Alyssa Al-Dookhi & Fareeha Khan Where Are You REALLY From

    • Comedy

Welcome to my #podcast Where Are You REALLY From.

Every week I'll have another guest from around the world that probably got this question before (REALLY...) if it's because his color of the skin, his accent, his outfit or just his special energies.
Everything you wanted to know about other people's cultures, experiences or just funny stories. Yes, we are ALL comedians. And people of the world.

On today's episode Iv'e got double guests- Alyssa Al-Dookhi and Fareeha Khan !!!

Alyssa Al-Dookhi is an Arab American comedian, writer and game show host living in Philadelphia.
Alyssa grew up in Kuwait and attended college in Michigan. However, it is in the city of Brotherly Love that Alyssa found comedy, honed her sharp wit and cultivated her laid back, stoner style.
She produces and hosts the popular Good Good Comedy game shows “Eat Your Beats!” and “Make Up Or Break Up.” She performed at the 2018 HBO Women in Comedy Festival.
-----
Fareeha Khan is a comedian, writer, actor, and artist based in NYC. She has written for MTV Decoded and Reductress, and she was part of the Riot x TBS Comedy Writers Lab last year. She has appeared in comedy shorts for Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Comedy Central, and Funny or Die. You can see her performing stand up and characters regularly around NYC or at one of the shows she hosts: The 'Sup Show at Caveat and OutCasts at Union Hall. She also does improv with her pal Rachel Kaly at a fun and insane two-prov show called Twins F*cking. Her web series Ronnie Luvs Comedy is available on the internet. In it, she plays a teenage boy named Ronnie, which she got the "Best Actress" award for at Quickie Fest IV because I guess she's good at playing a teenage boy. She hails from Pakistan and also somehow Virginia.
