Great pod about how companies use podcasting for internal comms
If you’re in sales enablement or internal communications/HR or learning and development and you’re looking for new and better ways to engage your company’s employees, this show is a great way to learn about how starting a podcast is a smart play. What I particularly like is that the host and guests drill down into the how and why: how and why they decided to start a podcast … how and why they decided on a particular format, episode length, content, publication frequency … and how they got their people to listen and buy into the podcast as a valuable internal resource. Each episode provides plenty of actionable insights, and the conversations are engaging and fun. Highly recommend.
