SPF 157: Do Hard Words Produce Soft Hearts?

Today I’m sharing a collection of things that I’ve been learning and doing. It’s a delightful mash up that’s biblically minded. How can we bless the Lord, using the morning to bless our kids, and a little Charles Spurgeon is good for the soul.

    SPF 155: Some Other Gospel

Something is in the air among Christians lately. The Gospel is being minimized, water down, and neglected. There is only one Gospel and it is the power of God for the salvation of those who believe. Today we are going to look at a few threats to the Gospel and how it really is the saving grace we all need right now and forever.

SPF 154: He Who Defines Wins - Faithful War 001

He who defines wins. Accurate and correct definitions matter because words have meaning. But what happens when people start re-defining words? The narrative changes, cultures change. Without objective truth there cannot be right or wrong. On today’s special Faithful War edition, my husband Andy joins me as we talk about the battle for meaning.

Gospel-Centered and So Encouraging!

I absolute love how this podcast is Gospel-centered! The Word of God leads her topics! I also greatly appreciate her focus of humility and grace. We all mess up but we should be working everyday to love Gospel-centered lives! I’ve been sharing with everyone!

Love this.

This is a great podcast for women! I love that Lauren speaks biblical truth. The episodes are the perfect length for quick listens, but are deep and leave me thinking about how I can keep my life gospel centered. I have been listening to this podcast for years, and highly recommend!

Yes! Listen to this podcast!

If you are looking for a real gospel-centered podcast this is it. I love the real-ness and theme of repentance that is repeated over and over because let’s face it- we sin over and over and we are overwhelmingly blessed with a Creator Savior who forgives so believe him, repent, and then move forward, doing whatever He’s given you to do.
I just recently found this podcast and am enjoying going back to the beginning and listening to every episode. I use podcasts to help keep my mind from wandering to untrue things when I am home alone (which is a lot these days) So so thankful for these golden nuggets of truth and practical advice amidst the real commentary of everyday life.
Lauren, altho I am your age, my life is totally different and yet all the content of your podcasts encourages and exhorts me where I am at (and ladies, that because truth is truth for everyone, everywhere, all the time). Oh and I love how you end with “let me pray for you”, thank you.
