LOL's special guest this week is Executive Director of Poderistas--a nonprofit organization built to celebrate Latina culture and harness our community. Since its launch in 2020, they have become one the fastest growing and influential digital communities created by and for Latinas. The organization was founded by a group of powerful Latina representing different paths and careers: America Ferrera, Carmen Perez, Christy Haubegger, Elsa Collins, Eva Longoria, Jess Morales Rocketto, Mónica Ramírez, Olga Segura, Stephanie Valencia and Alexandra Martinez-Kondracke.
