Prepping 2.0
It's time to step-up to the next level of prepping! Prepping 2.0 is about the intermediate level of prepping. Learn from Glen Tate, author of the 299 Days ten-book series, and Shelby Gallagher, author of A Great State three-book series the next steps to take in your preps. Usual prepping topics – water, security, food – are covered but taken to the intermediate level. Listeners can expect great guests and a lot of humor.
It’s about time!

I have been a lurker listener for a couple years now. I heard about this show while listening to the we like shooting podcast when Glenn was a guest. Have loved the show since I started listening. I just signed up for patreon and became a subscriber. I don’t have much time to read so I have started listing to 299 days on audio book. I thank you Glenn and Shelby for helping me pass my time at work with the podcast and now the books. I can really relate to the first book at least for now. My wife is most definitely a Lisa. The first book (only one I’ve gotten through so far) has really got me thinking about plans I have had and prepping tactics. I hope this show continues to grow and provide great information as time goes by. God bless.

I enjoy the humor and have learned a lot from Shelby and her knowledge on medicinal herbs! They just seem like a fun and down to earth people!
Tin foil hat crazy politics

Ok. Some of the information on the show is useful (episode on growing mushrooms). However, any useful information is swamped by the toxic political views of the podcasters. I ignored the pro trump stuff for a while but when they start with dangerous anti-FEMA information I’m done. A simple google search about what is going on with the current hurricanes in the south reveals that these two people are either lying, fools or both.
Too much talk and nothing being said. .

I honestly started to tear up a little when Glen announced he was cancer free. I was happy for him. With that being said, I am stepping away from this podcast for what will likely be a while. Too much talk and nothing being said. I’m tired of the endless commercials, the endless in-show commercials, and the constant mentioning of the book series. There are so many other options out there. Why would I waste any more time here?
