3. Reopening Process
First of all, thank you so much for being back! I missed this podcast. I’m also one of those OTF members who is very eager to return yet slid quite a bit after the closings. I went through a major depression over losing direct contact with my students and fellow workout buddies. Zoom is great but it definitely can’t beat personal contact! This week, I’ve started getting back on track by signing up for virtual run/walks, installing the Runkeeper app, and taking off every morning with a 40+ minute power walk. Listening to this podcast makes me even more pumped up to get back to the studio! In the meantime, I am walking and doing burpees (no joke!) again! Miss you but enjoy this podcast and your Instagram feed!
