Quantum jumping and the future of community with Stan Stalnaker

Gateways to Awakening

Today’s episode is with Stan Stalnaker, an American entrepreneur and futurist known for his work connecting digital and physical realms. His 2002 book Hub Culture became one of the world’s first social networks and today is the world’s longest running online social network. Hub Culture is powered by Ven, a digital currency backed by carbon and other assets established in 2007 to power the community.

Since then, Stan has been active in worlds of digital identity, asset tokenisation, digital voting and governance, metaverse, artificial intelligence, and the invention of nature baed accounting systems.

All of these technologies mesh to support Hub Culture’s vision for emerging digital nations, of which Hub Culture is at the tip of the spear.  Hub Culture’s mission is to enhance and evolve collective consciousness, and this has led Stan on various pursuits of research, from intentional and spiritual communities to indigenous governance to esoteric modalities. As a reiki master and meditation explorer, his most recent work seeks to link quantum insights with consciousness, the next frontier for his work.

We talk about the following and so much more:

✅  How we should define consciousness? What are the key components that make up conscious experience

✅  What he thinks about the perspective of reality as binary?

✅  How does the concept of quantum entanglement inform our understanding of consciousness? Could this lead to a new understanding of interconnectedness among living beings?

✅ What is quantum jumping meditation? How does it work?

✅ What is descendent theory and why are symbols so powerful?

✅ With his extensive experience in digital communities and technologies, how he sees technology influencing human consciousness
