The Universe is composed of competing and complementary forces, sometimes known as light and dark, sun and moon, radical and calm; without one the other does not exist. For every radical action, we need an equally calm reaction. Let’s normalize the conversation around mental health from the jump, not just around PTSD. Let’s glorify the ways we center ourselves, just as much as we glorify the ways in which we send it.
