    * Always report abuse, no exceptions

    * Be careful when someone makes you promise confidentiality before telling you something

    * One mistake can cause a ripple effect with others

    * Do not sacrifice confidence with one person to gain with a group of others

    * Break confidence when you are concerned about the person's safety

    Five Ways to Heal the Negativity of the Election Season in Your Church

    Five Ways to Heal the Negativity of the Election Season in Your Church

    Today’s episode is fairly controversial as it deals with a very polarizing topic: Politics. How can the Church heal the negativity of the election season? Listen as Thom and Sam Rainer discuss five ways to tackle this very practical issue.

    * Listen first. Talk little.

    * Do not endorse individual candidates from the pulpit.

    * Guide your church in corporate prayer for our nation.

    * Speak directly into clear biblical issues.

    * Encourage on social media rather than debating.

Another Great Leadership Podcast to Add to Your List

One of the best most practical leadership podcasts out there. I find myself going back to episodes I’ve already listened to because the information Thom and his team provide is just that good.

Good, but...

Good information. Appreciate, very much, the show notes ... but there is no need for a co-host (who thinks he’s funny, interrupts guests, thinks his views are the greatest and shares inside jokes with his dad - the host). Just present the information and let whoever you are interviewing speak! Thom should do this by himself.

Check it out & listen to them all

After listening to a few I realized this was a great podcast for ministry leaders. I went back to the beginning of the podcast listening to them all over the past several months. Then to took notes for myself and passed on the appropriate ones to different pastors at our church. Great content in quick format.
