Best Real Estate Podcast!

I am fairly new to real estate investing but am done with the stock market and was looking for another method to invest. Gary covers a wide variety of real estate investing topics with guests that are knowledgeable and informative. I had no idea there were so many possibilities to create passive income and how easy it was until I stumbled onto this podcast.

Great Insights!

This is one of my favorite Multifamily Real Estate Investing podcasts. Gary brings in a wide range of industry experts to talk about many facets of Asset Management, which is hardly discussed and yet the most critical in being a successful operator.
