    Facts OVER Feelings!

It has been a LONG time since my last podcast and a LOT has happened. Today in this solo podcast I discussed some of the latest blog posts over the past 2 months starting with why FACTS trump FEELINGS. Today’s society is far too concerned with feelings. Just look at the most heated debates in politics. When feelings supersede and overwhelm facts, society suffers.  We talk about the dangers of placing feelings above facts and then I discuss VALUE and how to get ahead by leading with value. To finish things up I discuss how good things come to those that wait and why I named the podcast RUSH to FAIL.  It is good to be back on the mic! Summary: In this episode, BJ Grimillion reflects on his journey in business, emphasizing the importance of consistency, logic over emotions, and the value of bringing value to work. He shares personal anecdotes about navigating challenges in real estate and the lessons learned from failures. BJ advocates for embracing mistakes as a pathway to growth and highlights the significance of loving the work process to find fulfillment in one's career. Takeaways: Consistency is key to success in any endeavor. Logic should prevail over emotions in business decisions. Bringing value to your work can accelerate your career growth. Embracing failure is essential for learning and improvement. The importance of patience in achieving long-term goals. Real estate is better bought and never sold; hold onto properties. People often underestimate what they can achieve in ten years. The best sales approach is logical, not emotional or persistent. Finding joy in work transforms it from a chore to a passion. Mistakes are opportunities for growth and should be embraced.
