In this episode, we define what a crisis is and what Leaders vs. managers do.
Leaders are always served with a buffet of problems. One must have an understanding of how crisis moves an organization. Leaders must develop a framework to deal with crises for the current position or situation. This applied to personal, professional, enterprises, Government, and more.
Intence difficult, Trouble or anger time. That continues to happen that in the beginning can overwhelm us. One must understand that something good will come out of a crisis. It always has and it always will.
