Today's episode highlights pieces of advice I have heard and never took seriously. As well as things that once I incorporated them into my life, my life improved. 

    My goal in this episode is to highlight areas you might not be recognizing are impacting your life and allow you to do the inner work to shift how you're showing up. As I emphasized in the episode, this is not about shaming ourselves or belittling ourselves for not knowing better. But instead to allow ourselves the permission to shift things without judgement.
