Rick Holmes is the founder and president of Lake Shore Benefits in Birmingham, Alabama. At age 24, Holmes started his own insurance agency dealing with disability and life insurance. However, over the years, he expanded outward and upward into the spaces of health, dental, vision, and the list goes on. Commanding a fleet of his own doesn’t come without its challenges, though.
