Rockin' the Short-Term Rental Business with Avery Carl

What's going on in the current short-term rental market? Does it still make sense? And if it does, how do you choose the right market and the right property in a specific market?

She is also the author of Amazon bestseller: “Short-Term Rental, Long-Term Wealth” and the host of "The Short Term Show” podcast.
