Bio:
Rythea Lee is a dancer, writer, and multi-disciplinary artist giving voice to personal and shared stories of healing. She created and stars in a 20-Episode YouTube advice show called “Advice from a Loving Bitch” that uses humor and emotional education to help people transform life-long patterns of self-hatred. Watch episodes here.  That show has become the basis for online trainings and groups co-facilitated with colleague Divinah Erving.

Rythea is a trauma counselor with a private practice in Northampton, MA and virtually for the past 25 years. Her book “Trauma into Truth: Gutsy Healing and Why It’s Worth It” includes original artwork and is a resource for those on the healing path (Amazon, Barnes & Noble). Her one-woman shows, blog, and creative community on Patreon, are some of the outlets she uses to write and share about parenting, personal growth, children’s rights, healing from childhood abuse, and the creative process.

Rythea's non-coercive mentor is Vivek Patel at Meaningfulideas.com.
