S.2-E.11 | George Wiseman - Using the God Molecule to Heal Auto-Immune Diseases

Hydrogen is known as the God molecule and is the building block of our bodies and without the proper amount of hydrogen our bodies don't have what they need to function properly. 

Inhaled hydrogen changes how the mitochondria of our cells function and is needed to make cellular energy. We are only as healthy as our cells are and our ability to heal depends on healthy cellular function. A lack of hydrogen in the cell leads to poor health outcomes and disease.
