If you’re like me, you’ve probably heard about a Ride the Ducks tragedy in your neck of the woods — because there have been a lot of them in the past three decades. The producer leans on facts for the strongest episodes of this series, showing the fundamentals of why the two Ducks organizations (one in Seattle and one in Missouri) were providing such a dangerous product. It’s like a true crime podcast in that regard, but about white collar crime and intense negligence. But, if you don’t know much about lawyering, you’ll come away better informed about the civil law process too.
