Dig In Podcast
WHEN YELP, TRIP ADVISOR OR GOOGLE MAPS DON'T CUT THE MUSTARD As evidenced by hospitality pioneers like David Chang, Ian Schrager and the late, oh-so-great Anthony Bourdain, it is clear that our industry has a story to tell. Using food, drink, service and space as key ingredients, the best chefs, bartenders, tastemakers and operators try with all their might to share their story. I'm here to share that story with you. Five Stars (but wait, there’s more 😉)
31/07/2019
Imagine you could walk into some of the most exciting restaurants or bars in New York City, sit down with the person whose blood, sweat, and tears made it what it is today, and get their story — the full story. That’s exactly what Zack Woods does on Dig In, and you can tell that his guests (or hosts?) are delighted someone finally asked. The conversation is fresh and thoughtful, and often takes you somewhere you never expected, much like the dishes and drinks that inspired it in the first place. I can’t wait to hear where he goes next. Keep up the good work, Zack. You’re onto something.
Great listen...

I thoroughly enjoyed the first few episodes. It’s easy to feel the host’s innate curiosity to learn more about his passion of food/hospitality through these episodic jaunts. Listening in the passenger seat of his journey is informative and entertaining. Looking forward to more.
Exceptionally great!

Unique “Inside Look” into the F&B World

Perspective! Perspective! Enjoyed the in-depth Q&A with the “industry” experts. Gave me new light into the intricacies of the restaurant and provided me a newfound appreciation of the “art/craft” involved in the F&B industry. Well done!
