I loved this episode, the Upanishads explained in the most simplest of ways. The two birds is one of my favorite stories and we can all relate to it. This episode has so many nuggets of inspiration and practical ways to incorporate into our daily lives what the story of the two birds is telling us. I practiced along the breathing exercise and will go and write in my journal. I really enjoy this podcast for the practical and simple ways we can bring positive aspects to our daily lives. Thank you so much for this episode and podcast!
