On February 20, 2024 I had the opportunity to host a conversation with Katie Dove about things that matter deeply to me. These include our masculine and feminine sexuality, our ways of being with each other, marriage, and more.

The first in a series of Kundalini Yoga classes held on the beach at TangoMayaFest in Cancun November 2023.

We begin with a short breath practice to open our bodies to receive.
