I love the premise and execution of this show! I am super jealous I am not in New York so I can be apart of it! I loved Chef Sebastian choice of Sancocho, I grew up in a Colombian home (my mom is from there) and am very familiar with the food. I found a different style of prepping it I’ll have to try! Also the breakdown of terms by hosts was strategically done. Loved it! Still super jealous!

First off, I LOVE the concept. Secondly, the hosts are super engaging and entertaining and I was definitely listening until the end. I enjoy how the hosts also explain cooking terms and Sebastian (one of the cooks) was so patient and explained the recipe so well. I definitely learned something new :)

Love this show! I’m someone who already knows my way around a kitchen, so I didn’t think I’d be into it. However, the recipes are AWESOME and hearing a chef break it down for a “rookie” is brilliant because cooks of any skill level can take advantage of it. I am planning on listening back to cook with the show. Finally, someone has broken down shrimp and grits for this northerner. Oh, and I love the hosts! Can’t wait to hear what they’ll be cooking up next!
