Entertaining, Informative and Reliable Information!!

This podcast has really opened my eyes to a world of fitness and current events. I enjoy the enthusiastic energy and at times slightly dark humor. I appreciate that everything that is discussed is also backed up with solid facts and links are provided for us listeners, so that we may conduct our own research. Every time I finish an episode, I walk away with new knowledge. The honesty and unfiltered content is very refreshing. Binge worthy!!
